UV/LED lash extensions are a lash extension technique that uses a light-emitting diode (LED) (lightbulb) or ultraviolet (UV) light to bond false lashes to natural lashes. The process is different from traditional lash extensions, which use glue that takes time to set. UV/LED lash extensions use a specialized adhesive that cures instantly when exposed to a specific wavelength of LED light. Right to Refuse Service Lush Lash Lounge by Joy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or not in alignment with our business standards. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Thank you for choosing our services! In order to secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your service but is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 60% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment, a charge of 60% of the service cost will be applied to your card on file. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited. In addition charge of 60% of the service cost will be applied to your card on file. A valid credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking. All sets are customized to each client and their particular eye shapes and sizes.
